The Mayor of Sav-la-mar Betel Moore is predicting another sweep of the Westmoreland Parish Council for the People’s National Party.
The PNP won all 14 divisions in the 2007 local government election.
This afternoon, Moore said he is confident the performance will be repeated this time round.
Moore said he only had concerns about the Petersfield Division, where his colleague newcomer, Donald Gordon is up against the Jamaica Labour Party's Brian Badaloo, who is also a political neophyte.
Whoever eventually wins the Red Hills division in the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation would, partly, have done so by satisfying residents that their cries for water will not fall on deaf ears.
