The Jamaica Labour Party’s (JLP) candidate for Trelawny Northern, Dennis Meadows, says he believes the signing of the Political Code of Conduct is an exercise in futility because it has no powers of enforcement.
Meadows was speaking at the signing of the code of conduct by the four Trelawny candidates today at the Falmouth Police Station.
The other candidates are the JLP’s Marisa Dalrymple-Philibert and the PNP’s Lloyd Gillings and Victor Wright.
