People's National Party (PNP) President, Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller was in her element in South West Clarendon on Thursday night declaring that the her party will win five of the six constituencies in the parish in the impending general election.

She particularly highlighted South East Clarendon won by the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP’s) Rudyard Spencer in 2011.

"South East Clarendon was shy of only 40 votes to have come in the column for the People's National Party," she said at the PNP's Race Course, Clarendon Mass Meeting.

HERE ARE THE FACTS:
1. According to the Electoral Office of Jamaica, Spencer got 8,843 or 50.1 per cent of the votes.
2. The PNP’s Derrick Lambert got 8,736 or 49.5 per cent.
