“If I wasn't doing anything do you think so many people would be out here," Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller said as she defended her stewardship of the South West St Andrew constituency, which she has held since 1976.
Simpson Miller paid the $3,000 nomination fees in $1,000 notes.
