Out-of-favour People's National Party (PNP) councillor for the Lucea division, Neville Clare, this morning greeted the throng of supporters at the Hanover Parish Council building this morning for the nomination of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP's) Western Hanover candidate, Brian Wallace.
Wallace, an attorney-at-law, was the first candidate to be nominated.
Clare fell out of favour with the PNP last year, when he along with three other councillors voted for the removal of former Lucea mayor Shernet Haughton as the chairman of the Hanover Parish.
