Cetany Holness, the councillor for Junction division in St Elizabeth said it appears Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller has been touched by the devil.
Councillor Holness, addressing a JLP meeting in Junction tonight, said he wanted to know whether the touch which Simpson Miller said she got was from God or Satan.
"Which master touch you, God or Satan?" he questioned.
He said that he watched Simpson Miller announce the election date in Half-Way Tree on Sunday and it was clear the touch she said she got was not from God.
"If a God touch you, yuh must get inna spirit," Holness said.
"I am a Church man I know how dat guh," he said.
"When I look at her and see how she a jump and jig a Satan touch di prime minister," he said.
Simpson Miller had said she was awaiting the touch of her master before announcing the election date.
