The Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) is to release its manifesto this week.

A manifesto is a written statement that is expected to outline the intentions of the party should it form the next government.

Party spokesman and West Portland Member of Parliament, Daryl Vaz, made the disclosure this morning on Cliff Hughes Online on Power 106FM

He says the party is planning a mass rally for Sam Sharpe Square in St James on Sunday.

Vaz says the party is confident that it will win the upcoming general election, adding that the polls will be the JLP's to lose.
