The PNP has named six seats which it said will be snatched from the Jamaica Labour Party in the impending general elections.

Introducing its proposed parliamentary candidates at a mass meeting in Half-Way Tree,  one of the event's chairmen, Phillip Paulwell told Comrades to watch these six seats on election night.

If the PNP is successful in those seats and the incumbents, it would push their number to 48 in the 63-seat House of Representative.

The seats are:

Phyllis Mitchell in North East St Catherine.
Now held: JLP Gregory Mair - 618 vote margin

Marsha Francis Western St Thomas
