There was excitement outside the Phillippo Baptist Church in Spanish Town, where JLP supporters awaited the arrival of Member of Parliament for St. Catherine Central , Olivia Babsy Grange earlier.
As green clad supporters shouted and cheered, a small bus painted in red, green and black with several Ethiopian flags waving through its windows, came storming down Cumberland Road at the intersection with William Street shouting "dutty JLP and PNP fi gweh."
Those in the bus alighted and came face-to-face with the JLP supporters bearing down on the vehicle.
The driver of the bus when asked which party he was supporting told The Gleaner "I represent justice for the people dem."
He added that neither party was any good.
The group was soon forced to disperse as police travelling in an unmarked vehicle stopped to usher them away.
