At least four People's National Party (PNP) supporters were injured late Tuesday night when the Toyota Hiace mini bus in which they were travelling crashed on the Lluidas Vale main road in St Catherine.
The Ewarton Police say the bus which was part of a motorcade, was heading to Linstead when the incident occurred.
It's understood that while negotiating a corner, the left front tire blew out, causing the vehicle to swerve.
The bus overturned and ended up in a ditch.
The police say they are yet to ascertain the extent of the injuries to the occupants.
A wrecker has since removed the bus, said to have been extensively damaged.
