	Born: St. Mary Political career: Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Transport, Works and Housing Member of Parliament for Central St. Mary Chairman of Region 2 of the People’s National Party Joint Select Committee examining the Ganga Commission Report, the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament Deputy Opposition Spokesman on Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade from 2007 to 2009 and Opposition Spokesman on Housing. Profession: medical doctor member of the Caribbean College of Family Physicians and the Medical Association of Jamaica. President of the Association of General Practitioners of Jamaica (1994 to 1996). His political life was characterized by service as he was elected as Member of Parliament for Central St. Mary on October 16, 2002. Additionally, he has served as the Chairman of Region 2 of the People’s National Party, which comprises the parishes of Portland, St. Thomas and St. Mary since 2009.
